First Fridays returns March 6 with a special Trolley Edition from 5–9 p.m. A free hop-on, hop-off trolley will loop throughout downtown Dubuque, connecting galleries, studios, and creative venues for an enhanced arts experience celebrating the city's vibrant arts and culture scene. Riders can board near participating locations, with a central stop at the Intermodal Parking Ramp at 9th and Washington Streets in the Millwork District. Venues offer extended evening hours, special receptions and events, and all ages are welcome.
