Charlotte’s Coffee House Brings Global Convenience to the Local Level 

Charlotte’s Coffee House, a pillar of Dubuque’s vibrant coffee community, is proud to announce the launch of its mobile ordering app. The app, developed in partnership with Dubuque-native tech company Brewello, offers local customers the ordering convenience typically found with larger international chains.

“We’re a small, family-owned company trying to compete with big chains. Providing conveniences like an app that allows customers to place orders when convenient for them helps us level the playing field,” Tim Rusk, CEO of Charlotte’s Coffee House, said.

Dubbed a “game-changer” by Charlotte’s staff, the Brewello-built app allows patrons to customize their orders, schedule pick-up times, and receive real-time notifications, ensuring their drinks are ready exactly when they want them.

“We’ve done a series of user-testing and built our app around what people in Dubuque actually want,” Rusk said.

By championing local input, Charlotte’s Coffee House is providing more opportunities for customers to get their perfect brew on the go, an avenue to support local establishments, and a way to help bolster Dubuque’s economic development.

The Charlotte’s Coffee House app is now available in the iOS App Store and Google Play Store or through charlottescoffeehouse.com.
