On Saturday, March 22, Westminster Presbyterian Church along with First Presbyterian Church will be conducting a Spring drive-thru and walk-up mobile food pantry in partnership with the St. Stephens Branch of River Bend Foodbank.  Food will be given out free of charge to those who need it.  There are no requirements for participation.  I have attached our event flyer and hope that you can help us to get the word out to the community.

In addition to distributing food, the event will also be giving out female hygiene products provided by The Red Basket Program.

We get many requests from individuals and community groups that would like to assist with this project.  Our volunteers begin working at 8:00 AM that morning and we are usually finished around 10:30 AM.   It is important that we know about a week in advance (by March 17) what groups are coming and how many people are volunteering so that we can send instructions and prepare for them.
