Dubuque County Public Health Announces Funding for Opiod Remediation
Dubuque County Public Health is pleased to announce that funding is now available through two key opioid remediation programs: A Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Expansion and Enhancement Request for Proposal (RFP) and the Dubuque County Opioid Settlement Funds Application. These programs aim to strengthen Dubuque County’s response to the opioid crisis by supporting local efforts in treatment, prevention, and recovery.
Organizations serving Dubuque County residents are encouraged to apply for these competitive funding opportunities.
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) RFP Dubuque County is investing $150,000 to expand and enhance medication-assisted treatment services for opioid use disorder. Eligible 501(c)(3) organizations may apply to increase access to high-quality MAT services, especially for uninsured and underinsured populations.

Dubuque County Opioid Settlement Funds Application Up to $100,000 in reimbursement-based funding is available for local organizations addressing opioid remediation efforts, including training, supplies, and equipment. Both non-profit and for-profit organizations are eligible. Applications are accepted and reviewed quarterly.
