Mrs. Mark (Jacqueline) Kieffer, 86, of Dubuque, passed away Friday morning, January 19, 2018 at ManorCare Health Services.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at the Church of the Resurrection, with Fr. Andrew Marr officiating.
