Margaret Mary “Midge” Fox, 73, of East Dubuque, Il, passed away on February 25th, 2023, at Unity Point Health, Finley Hospital.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Dubuque, IA with her loved ones.

Margaret was born on March 6th, 1949 in Dubuque, IA, the daughter of Dolores (Beversdorf) and Larry Stoedter.  She was formerly a Youth Care Worker at Hillcrest Family Services in Dubuque IA.

Surviving is her son and son-in law, Jamie Fox and Andres Aragon of Canada. Her chosen daughter and friend Paula Tschudi; five grandchildren Sebastian (Sydney) Fox, Isiah (Kayla) Pfab, Chad Pfab, Melinda (Tim) Brown, Racheal (Mike) Fritz. One chosen grandchild, Carter Tschudi; six great grandchildren Natalie Fox, Addison Fox, Emmarie Fritz, Jaelynn Fritz, Caleb Brown and Aspen Pfab.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband George Fox and her daughter Marshalle “Shelley” Fox.

The Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory, Dubuque, Iowa is looking after the family.
