Mary Elizabeth “Betty” Graham, 96, of San Diego, CA, formerly of East Dubuque, IL, passed away on December 19, 2017 at Balboa Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, San Diego, CA.

A celebration of Betty’s life will be from 10 -11 a.m. on Saturday, June 9, 2018 at the Miller Funeral Home in East Dubuque. Burial will be in the East Dubuque Cemetery.

Betty was born on August 6, 1921 in East Dubuque, the daughter of Rueben L. and Dorothy T. (Davis) Graham. She was employed as a legal secretary for over 40 years.

Survivors include nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and numerous great-great nieces and nephews.
