The sellers retain the right to reject all bids. The property is being sold “As Is” with no warranties expressed or implied. Bids will be opened at the Kane Appraisal & Real Estate office at noon September 20, 2025 bidders are welcome to attend, bidders do not need to be present. A successful bidder will be informed after the bids are opened – Saturday September 20, 2025. The successful bidder agrees to sign a purchase agreement and provide a 10% non-refundable deposit on or before Monday September 22, 2025. Closing will be on or before November 1, 2025. Sellers will convey title by warrant deed.
