Beverly Ann (Swank) Puccio, 42, of Dubuque, Iowa passed away on December 4, 2017.

Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 3rd, 2018 at Mount Calvary Cemetery. Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory, 2595 Rockdale Road is assisting the family.

Beverly was born on February 4, 1975 in Maquoketa, Iowa the daughter of Garry “Gummer” Swank and Rose Ealy. She attended Maquoketa Community Schools until she moved to Dubuque. She married Joseph Walter Puccio Jr. on September 11, 2009 in Dubuque.

She loved her family and her dog; was a real good prankster and enjoyed helping others and having fun.

Beverly is survived by her children Fabian Eric Swank, Britany Joe Heidersheit, Dean James Hastings, Jr., and Deanna Marie Heidersheit. Her parents Garry and Rose Swank. Siblings, Naomi (Mark) Dague, Violettia (James) Dague, Carrie Swank-Loper along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her son Daniel James Hastings; her significant other Dean James Hastings Sr., maternal and paternal grandparents, 3 aunts and 4 uncles.

She will be greatly missed. Thank you from the entire Swank family.
