Debra J. Pascoe
Debra J. “Deb” Pascoe, 73, formerly of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, and most recently of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer.
A visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd, 2026, 11:00 a.m. until 1:00:00 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 1:00 p.m. at Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory, 2595 Rockdale Road, Dubuque, Iowa. Burial will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
Deb was born to Melvin and Alice (Claus) Arnold on April 6, 1953, in Manchester, IA; she lived a life defined by compassion, faith, and devotion to family. As a dedicated Registered Nurse, she spent her career caring for others with kindness, empathy, and grace. Her nurturing spirit touched countless lives, both professionally and personally.
In 1974, Deb married the love of her life, Steve Pascoe. Together they shared 44 years of marriage, raising their daughters and building a family that remained the center of their lives. Following Steve’s passing in 2019, Deb continued to live with such strength and resilience, spending as much time with her family as possible. She treasured every moment with her grandchildren and took immense pride in their lives and accomplishments.
Faith was an important part of Deb’s life. She was an active member of St. Stephen’s Church in Beaver Dam, where she found friendship, fellowship, and community. She also found great joy in crocheting and generously shared her talents with others. Deb lovingly created items for Bridget’s Cradles, providing comfort to grieving families, and enjoyed making handmade gifts for family and friends. Each creation reflected the love and care she gave so freely. When she wasn’t spending time with family, Deb could often be found cheering on the Green Bay Packers and Indiana Fever.
Deb is survived by her daughters, Sara (Scott) Muhlbauer and Beth (Justin) Kannas; her beloved grandchildren, Chas, Gus, Madelyn, Sophia, and Ella; her brother, Mark Arnold; sisters-in-law, Annette Arnold, Carolyn Mills, and Cindy (Jim) Farrell; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, dear friends, and extended family members.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Steve; her parents, Melvin and Alice; and her brother, Brian Arnold.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the caregivers and staff of Heartland Hospice and the SSM Cancer Center in Fond du Lac for their compassion, support, and exceptional care throughout Deb’s illness. The family would also like to offer special thanks to Kristy for the time, love, and kindness she shared with Deb during her treatments. Her friendship, support, and companionship were a tremendous comfort to Deb and her family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the SSM Cancer Center in Fond du Lac.
Deb will be remembered for her caring heart, unwavering faith, creative spirit, and boundless love for her family. Whether she was comforting a patient, crocheting a gift for someone she loved, cheering on her favorite teams, or simply spending time with her grandchildren, Deb made the lives of others brighter. Her legacy of kindness, service, and generosity will continue to live on in all who knew and loved her.
