Donna F. Camp

Donna Fay Camp, 86, of Guntersville, Alabama, and formerly of Maquoketa, passed away on Friday, November 28, 2025, in Alabama.

Donna Fay Croce was born on December 30, 1938, in Canton, Iowa, to Leo and Gladys (Bickford) Croce.  She was united in marriage to Bobby Camp on July 2, 1958 in Fort Hood, Texas.

Donna was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.  She loved watching football and was an avid Denver Broncos fan.  She cherished her time spent with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Donna also loved Elvis Presley and had tons of souvenirs, having one of his scarfs from a concert.  She also enjoyed visiting Graceland.

Those left to honor her memory include her children, Carolyn (Rick) Stanley of Guntersville, Alabama, Bobby (Molly) Camp of Guntersville, and Greg (Toni) Camp of Maquoketa; sisters Maxine Flock of Maquoketa and Wendy (Bill) Hainstock of Delmar, Iowa; brother Leo “Butch” Croce of Maquoketa; and 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Donna was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Bobby, sisters Janis Seay, Monna Cleary, and Kathy in infancy; and her brother Billy Croce.

A celebration of her life will be held at 1 P.M., Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at the Carson Celebration of Life Center, Maquoketa.  Visitation will be held prior to the funeral from 12 P.M. to 1 P.M. at the funeral home.  Burial will follow at Sutton Cemetery, rural Maquoketa, Iowa.
