Jeff was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Bob and David.

The family would like to extend a special Thank You to St. Luke’s Hospital and hospice in Cedar Rapids for their compassionate care.

Hoffmann Schneider & Kitchen Funeral Home and Crematory is in care of the arrangements.
