JoAnn M. Jackoniski, age 89, of Dubuque, IA, passed away on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at Ennoble Manor Care Center in Dubuque.

A memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, October 19, 2026, at St. Columbkille Catholic Church in Dubuque, with Rev. Dennis Quint officiating. Burial will be in the East Dubuque Cemetery. There will be no public visitation.

JoAnn was born in Dubuque on June 17, 1937, the daughter of Joseph M. and Gertrude (Wagner) Jackoniski. She was a retired Registered Nurse.

Surviving is a sister, Janet J. Soter of Temple City, CA, and brother, Jim (Tootie) Jackoniski of Atlanta, GA, a niece and nephew, and five great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Joyce
