Kennedy Ruth Moser, age 7-weeks, the newborn daughter of Ryely P. and Elizabeth N. (McGruder) Moser of Dubuque, IA, formerly of Galena, IL, passed away suddenly on Friday, March 25, 2022 at home.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 31, 2022 at the New South Church, 513 S. Bench St. in Galena, with Pastor Adam Mostert officiating.

Family and friends may call after 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the Church. The Miller Funeral Home of East Dubuque, IL is serving the family.

Kennedy was born on February 3, 2022 at Mercy One Dubuque Medical Center.

Surviving are her parents; a sister, Ava; grandparents, Cindy Moser, Ty McGruder and Sena Perkins; great-grandparents, Jim and Marie (Ehrler) Moser, Chris and Doug Schmitz and Frank and Kathy McGruder; also by numerous aunts, uncles and great aunts and great uncles and cousins.

Kennedy was preceded in death by her grandfather, Brian Schmitz and great-great grandparents, Deloris Moser and Ruth and David Sinn.
