Kevin Bandy, 63, of Dubuque, died Saturday, October 10, 2026, at his home in Dubuque.

Private family services will be held.

Kevin was born March 23, 1963, in Dubuque, IA, the son of Oakley R. and Donna L. (Daughetee) Bandy.

Survivors include three children, Abbey (Matt) Breiner, Justin (Ali) Bandy, and Oakley Bandy; nine grandchildren, Ty, Tate, Julia, Tripp, and Jodi Breiner, and Connor, Willow, and Addie Bandy; and two siblings, Oakley (Cindy) Bandy and Kelly (Eug) Hingtgen.

Kevin was preceded in death by his parents and a granddaughter, Angel Bandy.
