Lillian Rosemary Thorson of East Dubuque, IL, passed away Saturday May 20, 2023.

A visitation will be held at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Viroqua, WI at 10:00am. A Memorial Service will follow at 11:30am, Friday June 2, 2023.

She was born to Agnes (Emerson) and Melvin Olson on March 7, 1944.

Lillian retired as a Sales Associate at James Martin Jewelers of Dubuque, IA.

You could always find Lil writing cards, notes and letters.  She always remembered everyone’s celebration days. When there was a get together, you could count on Lil to be getting a card or board game around.

She is survived by her fiancé Chuck McEvoy of 30 years.  Lil’s two children Sam and Stacey Arneson. Her three step daughters. Four sisters and a brother. Five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
