Linda Judge, 83, of Dubuque, died on Monday, February 16, 2026, at her home in Dubuque.

Linda’s family invites you to join them at Stone Cliff Winery on Sunday, March 22, 2026 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

Linda was born May 22, 1942, in Dubuque, IA, the daughter of Harold “Hal” and Ella Rose (Lemons) Judge.

Linda graduated from Dubuque Senior High School in 1960. She worked as the Human Resources Director for William C. Brown Publishing for most of her working career.

Linda loved to travel, especially memorable were her trips with Friendship Force. When she was at home, she enjoyed relaxing with a good book or preparing something delicious in the kitchen. Linda relished the role of being an aunt. Time spent with Aunt Deeda was always a fun adventure. Traditions grew and expanded with her great-nieces and nephews. She was known for her spooky Halloween dinners, creative Christmas scavenger hunts, and her pride in her family.

Survivors include two brothers, Greg (Holly) Judge of Atlanta, GA and Steve Judge of Dubuque; sister-in-law, Pat Judge of Dubuque; nephews, Brad (Lisa) Judge, Doug (Joelle Purcell) Judge, Ryan (Alex) Judge; niece, Cortney (Nate) Kieffer; and great-nieces and nephews, Madeline, Louisa, Cecille, Taylor, Jackson, Colin, Andie, and Sydney.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Randy Judge; and sister-in-law, Carol Judge.

The family would like to thank all her medical providers, neighbors, and caregivers, especially Michelle. Although she did not use their services, memorials may be directed to Hospice of Dubuque or a charity of your choice.
