Linda L. Ruble, 69, of Dubuque, Iowa, passed away unexpectedly on August 29th, 2022, at Finley Hospital in Dubuque.

Family and friends may visit from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday September 6th, 2022, at Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory, 2595 Rockdale Road. A Celebration of Linda’s life will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.

Linda was born on October 2nd, 1952, in Dubuque, Iowa, daughter of Robert and Loraine (Petsch) Twining.

She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially her best friend Linda. She also loved watching the Minnesota Vikings, and her dog, Lulu. She enjoyed her retirement from Humach by spending time with her partner Earl.

Linda is survived by her son Craig (Mizpah) Schroeder, daughter Sharon (Justin Birch) Bartlett, son-in-law Matt Bartlett, 10 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, brothers, Glen (Laura) Loper and Robert (Connie) Twining, sister Laurie (David) Prine, brothers-in-law Bob, Scott, and Doug Coulson, sisters-in-law Cheryl Rohr and Robin Kelleher, and father-in-law Al Coulson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Sharon, husband Terry, son Tim, mother-in-law Mary Lou Coulson, and special friend Zada.
