Lydia O. Wulf
Lydia O. Wulf, age 67, of Woodman WI, completed her earthly journey on September 6, 2025, at Edenbrook Care Center in Platteville, WI, with her loving family by her side. To honor Lydia’s life, a memorial service and potluck will be held at 4:30 p.m., on Sunday, September 21, 2025, at the Cornerstone Assembly of God, 2108 11th Street in Dewitt, IA. The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Lydia’s family.
Lydia was born on April 19, 1958, in Maquoketa, IA, a daughter to Gordon A. and Camilla O. (Easton) Wulf. Lydia was a homemaker at heart and thoroughly loved and adored her family in every way she could. Her love for others was tender, compassionate, and unwavering. In her free-time, she found many ways to spend the time. Flower arranging was among her favorites, but sitting down to work on her latest puzzle or spending a little time at her craft table were always welcomed events in her days. Those who knew her best were quite aware that her affinity for horses and her dogs was undeniable. God’s creatures surely possessed a special place in her heart. She also enjoyed singing whenever possible and teaching Sunday School. She loved volunteering at the Rising Hope Food Pantry in Cottonwood, Arizona.
It’s a sad day indeed and many broken hearts are found in the news that Lydia has been called home from this temporal world now. We pray that the Lord will keep her safe in His loving and grace-filled arms now as she rests from her earthly health battles. Thank you, Lydia, for bringing as much light into the world around you that you could throughout your journey among us and may the Lord place His healing hands upon all of the family and friends that you leave behind until we meet again.
