Madonna C. Eisele

Madonna C. (Werner) Eisele, 75, formally of Worthington, IA, recently of Bloomington, MN, passed away Thursday, August 13, 2026, at Good Neighbor Society in Manchester, IA.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, August 21, 2026, at St. Francis Xavier Basilica in Dyersville, Iowa. Burial will be held at a later date at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Hennepin, MN. Rev. Joe Pins will officiate with Deacon Fred Pins assisting.

Madonna was born on December 24, 1950, in Dubuque, Iowa, daughter of Norbert and Anna (Jaeger) Werner. She graduated from Beckman Catholic High School in 1969 in Dyersville, IA. Madonna knew from a young age that she wanted to be a hairstylist, so she then attended and graduated from Capri College in 1970. She opened the Daisy Beauty Salon in Worthington, IA, but later moved to Minnesota in 1973 and worked in varies salons, until she opened Hidden Sheers in Richfield, MN and worked there until retirement.

While living in Minnesota, she meant her loving husband John Eisele and married on June 12, 1993 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Madonna and John had their 2 boys, the shih tzus named, Doobie and Rocky and after the passing of her husband and the dogs, she found a rescue cat named Buddy.

Survivors include her siblings: Rita Greif, Fred Pins, Charlie Werner, Tom (Linda) Werner and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John, parents, sisters: Norma (Werner) Pins and Bernadette (Emmett) Schumann and other Werner and Eisele family members.
