Paul Leo Brown, 64, of Dubuque, Iowa passed away on March 17, 2022 at Manor Care in Dubuque.

No public visitation or service will be held, Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory assisted the family.

Paul was born on April 6, 1957 in Dubuque, Iowa the son of Norman and Vivian (Bach) Brown. He served in the US Navy from 1974 to 1977.

He is survived by two sons Jeremy Fortmann of Bernard, Iowa and Charles Richey of San Diego, California; his sister Vivian Fluhr and two brothers Bill Brown and Joey Brown.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents.
