Peggy S. Johnson, age 62, of Dubuque, passed away at 9:20 a.m., on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at Dubuque Specialty Care.  In keeping with Peggy’s wishes there will not be any services held at this time.  Burial will be in Linwood Cemetery.  Behr Funeral Home, 1491 Main Street is assisting Peggy’s family.

Peggy was born on September 21, 1961, in Dubuque, Iowa, daughter of John and Suzanne (Urban) Shaffer.

Peggy attended Audubon Grade School, Jefferson Middle School and Hempstead High School.  She married Charles Johnson on September 21, 1990, but he sadly preceded her in death after 14 years together on November 8, 2004.  Peggy enjoyed going for car rides, drinking pop, listening to music, watching TV and visiting with her family.
