Randy Waterman, 63, of East Dubuque, IL, passed away suddenly on Friday, December 26, 2025, at Mercy One Dubuque Medical Center from complications with pneumonia.

He was born July 11, 1962 in Dubuque, IA to John and Patricia (Keeley) Waterman.

Randy was an excellent ASE Service Technician at Runde Auto Group in Hazel Green, Wisconsin. He was a huge fan of NASCAR, Cowboys and John Wayne. He enjoyed camping, fishing and motorcycles.

Surviving is his wife Charlotte, daughters Amy Schueller and Carrie Waterman, his brothers Andy Waterman and Jeff Waterman, stepchildren Greg Howell, Joe Howell, Mandy Howell and Crystal O’Dell, and many grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Pat Waterman, and a son Brian Waterman.

Randy will be truly missed by his wife Charlotte, family members, friends and co-workers.

We would like to thank East Dubuque Fire and Rescue, Menominee-Dunleith First Responders and Mercy Hospital and staff for their assistance during this difficult time.

There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
