Robert L. Devine, 79, of Dubuque, Iowa and formerly of Bernard, Iowa, died Thursday, January 2, 2025 at Oak Park Place in Dubuque, Iowa.

The family will greet friends and relatives from 9 to 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Fillmore, Iowa, where a mass of Christian burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Mark Osterhaus presiding.  Burial will be held in the church cemetery.

Robert was born May 2, 1945 in Fillmore, Iowa, son of LeRoy and Marie (Breitbach) Devine.  He attended Sacred Heart school.  He farmed his entire life on the family farm in Bernard.

He is survived by two brothers, Jim (Alyce) Devine of Cascade, IA  and Patrick Devine of Dubuque, Iowa.

He is preceded in death by his parents; and four brothers, George, Edward, Tom and Joseph Devine.
