Robert L. “Bob” Faulhaber, age 71, of Dubuque, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 22, 2025, at his home.  To celebrate Bob’s life, family and friends may gather from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at Behr Funeral Home, 1491 Main Street.  Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery at a later date.

Bob was born on October 6, 1954, in Dubuque, Iowa, the son of Arnold Gustav and Marion M. (Fasselius) Faulhaber.

Bob attended Sacred Heart School and Dubuque Senior High School.  He was a lifelong Dubuque resident.  He had an exemplary work ethic and was employed with CyCare, which became McKesson Printing, for almost 30 years of his career.  He made many long time friends during his time there.  In his free time, Bob enjoyed antiquing, and for several years had a booth in the Dyersville Antique Mall.  He enjoyed military history and playing military board games and online.  Bob was a baseball historian and a die hard Chicago Cubs fan.  He also enjoyed watching the Chicago Bears, but baseball was his true love.  Bob loved listening to Polka music and Camptown Races was his favorite song.  Keeping up on current events was very important to him.  Bob was a kind person and he will be missed.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents.
