Big Duffer Hospice Golf Outing

Golf in Memory or Honor of your Loved One

Hospice of Dubuque is inviting community members, businesses, and supporters throughout the tri-state area to participate in the Big Duffer Hospice Golf Outing on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at Lacoma Golf Club in East Dubuque.

The annual event raises vital funds to support Hospice of Dubuque’s mission of providing compassionate care for the seriously ill and their loved ones throughout the tri-states. Each year, Hospice of Dubuque serves more than 2,800 patients and their families, helping bring comfort, dignity, and peace during one of life’s most vulnerable journeys.

Community members can support the event in several ways:

1. Golf or Dinner: Participants can register for either a 9-hole or 18-hole best-shot golf tournament and enjoy a day on the course with friends, family, or coworkers. Registration includes green fees, golf cart, and a steak dinner. Teams consist of four players. Those who do not golf are welcome to attend the steak dinner and support the cause.

2. Hole Sponsorship: Businesses, organizations, and families can sponsor a hole and have their name and logo displayed on the course. Sponsorship opportunities also provide a meaningful way to honor or remember a loved one. Multiple sponsorship levels are available.

3. Prize Donation: Hospice of Dubuque is seeking raffle prizes and auction items, including products, gift cards, gift certificates, and other donated items to help make the event a success.

As a nonprofit organization, Hospice of Dubuque relies on the generosity of individuals, businesses, and community partners to ensure these essential services remain available throughout the tri-state area.
