Voters are reminded that the Dubuque County Election’s office has moved out of the Courthouse and to 880 Central Ave. All election forms and needs must be done out of the 880 Central Ave location. There is a parking lot south of 880 Central Ave, which voters may use to park in. Current office hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
