NEW Electronic Bidding System
The City of Dubuque is pleased to announce the use of a new online bidding system for the procurement of goods and services. To receive bid notifications and to participate in future procurement opportunities, all vendors must register in the new system. Registration is free and allows you to:- Receive email notifications when bid events related to your goods or services are posted.
- Access and respond to open bid opportunities online.
- Manage your vendor profile and commodity codes.
New registrations can be completed by visiting:

Once registered, suppliers can receive email notifications when a new bid event matching their commodities has been issued. Suppliers will also have the ability to log into this system to view and respond to bid events issued by the city.
