UnityPoint Clinic Family Medicine – Peosta is expanding access to care with two full-time providers and increased same-day appointment availability, effective June 1, 2026—supporting the needs of the growing Peosta community and surrounding area.

The expansion comes in direct response to community feedback calling for faster access to care close to home.

Beginning June 1, Amanda Robinson, ARNP, and Jennifer Zalaznik, ARNP will both serve patients full-time in Peosta. Previously, Zalaznik split her time between Peosta and UnityPoint Clinic Family Medicine – Dubuque. This change increases appointment availability and strengthens continuity of care for patients across Peosta and neighboring communities.

The clinic will continue to offer flexible same-day access for unexpected, non-emergency health concerns—such as illness, minor injuries, or new symptoms—allowing patients to be seen quickly while remaining connected to their primary care provider. Walk-ins may also be accommodated, though they may require a wait; scheduling an appointment helps ensure patients are seen in a timely manner.

This expansion allows us to deliver on that—offering the convenience of same-day care while keeping patients connected to a provider who knows them.”

In addition to expanded provider access, the clinic offers on-site radiology, laboratory, and pharmacy services through UnityPoint Health Finley Pharmacy – Peosta, making it easier for patients to receive comprehensive care in one location.
