Boalee “Malee” Galle, 76, of Dubuque, Iowa passed away on August 10, 2023 at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics.

Private burial service will be at Dubuque Memorial Gardens. Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory, 2595 Rockdale Road assisted the family.

She was born on February 5, 1947 in Thailand. She married Daniel J. Galle in September 28, 1973 in Michigan. She worked at Q Casino and Yen Ching before retiring 10 years ago.

She is survived by her children Robert (Rachelle “Charlie”) Galle, Galle, Ruth Gondek and Tabethe Galle. Grandchildren Noah Goebel, Caleb and Joshua Galle, Marco Bartolucci, Wayne Gondek and Jacob and Charlie Schemmel. Great grandchildren Paisleigh and Lawson Goebel along with her beloved dogs Ranger and Roxie.

Boalee was preceded in death by her husband Daniel.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to DuRide Dubuque or Hospice of Dubuque are appreciated.
