Daniel Arden Schriver, at the young age of 45, was taken from us far too soon on October 23, 2018, surrounded by his loving family, in Fort Pierce, Florida.

Dan was born in Dubuque, beautiful son of Michelle, adored grandson of Arden & Dorothy. 5 years later in Scottsdale, Arizona, along came his little brother Ian, and our family was complete. Mom and the boys moved to Florida in 1986, and a whole new adventure began.

Dan became the proud dad of Danny & Kennedy, proud uncle to Liz and Ella Grayce, brother-in-law to Adriayn, and great uncle to Iris. He went on to start his own business, and loved what he was doing. His customers are missing him already. Our hearts are shattered today at the loss of our precious Dan, but we take comfort in the fact that Dan is now free of his earthly ailments that he has faced with such courage and strength, and that he is now resting in eternal peace, probably having a beer with ‘gramps’.

The family would like to thank the professionals at Lawnwood Regional Trauma Center & Heart Institute, the University of Miami Life Alliance Organ Recovery Team, St. Lucie Fire Rescue, and the wonderful medical staff at Lawnwood for their compassionate care and concern. Dan saved two lives today with his generous donation of the gift of life. We are most proud.
