Diane Sharon (Potter) Berry, 71, of Dubuque, Iowa passed away on March 9, 2022.

A private family burial service will be held at Mount Olivet Cemetery.  Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory, 2595 Rockdale Road, is assisting the family.

Diane was born on January 2, 1951 to Orville and Dorothy (Hoffman) Potter in Dubuque. She married Louis Berry on August 30, 1969. She was a housewife, mom of five children, and babysitter to many of her grandchildren. She enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, and extended family.

She is survived by her daughters Tracy (Brian) Torrey, Tammy (Paul) Schadle, and Shari (Doran) Bush of Dubuque; sons Jason (Kristy) of Dubuque and Scott (Hope) Berry of Spring, Texas; ten grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren, with another due in July; sister Karen Loney; brother Bill Potter; brother-in-law Jack (Nancy) Berry; and special friends Cathy Miller and Nancy Howell, all of Dubuque.

Diane was preceded in death by her husband Louis, brothers Stephen and Lee Potter, brother-in-law Roy Berry, and sister-in-law Martha Berry.
