Fatima (Rahali) Barnes, 68, of Dubuque, passed away on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at Unity Point Health-Finley Hospital.  Private Family Services with Burial in St. John’s Cemetery in Bellevue will be conducted.

Local arrangements entrusted to Hachmann-Mier Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Bellevue.

Fatima was born April 21, 1953 in Kenitra, Morocco, the daughter of Muhammad and Eida Rahali.  She worked as a CNA for many years.

Survivors include her children, Hafid David (Katie) Barnes of Epworth and Mustapha Steven (Kelly) Barnes of Bellevue; siblings, Abderezak Rahali, Simon Hammod Rahali, Mustafa Rahali, Maricca Rahali, and Sadiea Rahali; and 7 grandchildren.

Fatima was preceded in death by her parents; a grandson, Waeiseid Rahali; a brothers, Hasan Rahali and Hasan Rahali.
