George Curtis “Curt” Meyer, 62, of Olathe, KS found peace on Monday, July 21, 2025.

Visitation will be from 9:30 am until 10:15 am Friday, August 8, 2025 at the Church of the Resurrection Catholic Church, 4300 Asbury Rd, Dubuque.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Curt will be at 10:30 am on Friday, August 8, 2025 at the Church of the Resurrection Catholic Church. Inurnment will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery.

Curt was born in Dubuque, IA on October 23, 1962 to George and Judith Meyer. He graduated from Dubuque Senior High School in 1981.  He continued his education at Loras College in Dubuque, IA and graduated with a Finance degree in 1985. He held many finance jobs in Dubuque and Des Moines, IA before he settled in the Kansas City, KS area.

Curt loved to play golf and watch the Green Bay Packers and Kansas City Chiefs.  He is survived by a brother, John (Joyce) Meyer; a sister Amy (EJ) Strother; one nephew Noah Meyer; four nieces Megan (Meyer) and Ethan Weber, and Tess, Gaby, and Natalie Strother. He is also survived by many cousins and two loving aunts.
