Hospice of Dubuque will sponsor Camp Kaleidoscope, a children’s grief day camp designed to help young people navigate the loss of a loved one in a supportive and caring environment.

Facilitated by trained Hospice of Dubuque staff members, this free community outreach program features fun, interactive activity stations that educate, empower, and equip children with healthy coping skills as they process their grief.

The camp is open to children ages 5–13 throughout the tri-state area who have experienced the death of a loved one.

Camp Kaleidoscope will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Swiss Valley Nature Center, 13606 Swiss Valley Road.
