Iowa St. Parking Ramp to Shift to Permit Parking Only During Upcoming Construction
Construction is scheduled to begin on the City of Dubuque’s Iowa Street Parking Ramp, 701 Iowa St., on Monday, Sept. 15. During the construction, the ramp will only allow permit parking.

- Only permit parking will be allowed in the Iowa St. ramp. There will be NO public parking.
- The facility will shift to first-come, first-served parking with no assigned spaces.
- Permit holders will be able to utilize the public parking areas in the ramp.
Non-permit holders are encouraged to utilize the Fifth Street Parking Ramp, 501 Iowa St., or Central Avenue Parking Ramp, 975 Central Ave., during construction.
