James E. “Jim” Lindsay, age 88, of Dubuque, IA, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 13, 2021, while in the care of loved ones in the home he loved.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Margaret Lindsay; and his brother-in-law, Tom Morton.
