Jeff McKeon, 62, of Dubuque, died Monday, October 16, 2023, at his home.

Visitation will be held from 10:30 am until 12:15 pm on Friday, October 27, 2023 at Hoffmann Schneider & Kitchen Funeral Home & Crematory.

The Funeral Service for Jeff will be 12:30 pm on Friday, October 27, 2023, at Hoffmann Schneider & Kitchen Funeral Home & Crematory with Rev. Stephanie Ells officiating.

Jeff was born March 20, 1961, in Dubuque, the son of Ruth Ann Broessel. On April 4, 1986, he was united in marriage to Lori Leibfried, they later divorced.

Jeff worked as an Auto Body Technician for Hanley Auto Body since 1999. He was passionate about his job at Hanley and enjoyed working on cars, building motorcycles, and just tinkering around in his shop. He also enjoyed gardening and doing yard work. Above all, he cherished time spent with his grandchildren.

Survivors include two daughters, Jessica McKeon of San Francisco, CA; and Megan (Kory) Holkestad of Big Lake, MN; five grandchildren, Tori Holkestad, Graham Holkestad, Charlotte McKeon, Kamryn Holkestad, and Scarlett Holkestad; siblings, Bill (Glenice) McKeon of Marysville, WA; and Laura (Rick) Blanchard of Las Vegas, NV; sister-in-law, Gail McKeon of North Liberty, IA; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother; brother, John McKeon; and sister, Barbara McKeon.
