On November 3, 2025, JoAnne Marie (Klauer) Beecher reunited with her one true love in heaven.

Per her wishes, no services will be held.

JoAnne was born on February 20, 1955, the daughter of Herbert and Bernadette (Mann) Klauer in Dubuque. She attended St. Anthony grade school and Senior High School. On August 31, 1973, she married Duane Beecher. He preceded her in death on June 18, 2021. Together they created four wonderful sons, fostered over forty children, and provided care for countless children in their daycare.

JoAnne is survived by her four sons, Tim (Molly) of Dubuque, Jeff (Jodi) of Dubuque, Andy (Jennifer) of Davenport, and Ed (Joi) of Dubuque; ten grandchildren, Evan, Maddie, Emily, Ally, Sam, Bailey, Paisley, Roman, Malakai, and Sandarbha. She is also survived by her youngest sibling, David (Vicki) Klauer; brothers and sisters-in-law; nieces; nephews; and her dogs, Willow and Norman.

The family wishes to thank Hospice of Dubuque for their help and making JoAnne’s wishes possible.
