Linda (Primasing) Krabacher, 70, of Dubuque, passed away peacefully on December 22, 2023, at the University of Iowa Hospital with family by her side.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, December 30th, at Egelhof, Siegert & Casper Funeral Home, 2659 JFK Rd., Dubuque. Memorial services and time for sharing of memories will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, December 30, at Egelhof, Siegert & Casper Funeral Home. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery.

Linda was born February 8th, 1953 in Dubuque, daughter of Alvin and Mae (Oberfoell) Primasing.  She attended Wahlert High School and Kirkwood Community College, and was employed at Target for 28 years.

Linda is survived by three children, William T. Krabacher (Sheila Altman), of Dubuque, Matthew Krabacher, of Fond Du Lac, WI, and Kelley (Tyler) Hough, of Washington, IA; two grandchildren, Sawyer and Landon Hough; a brother, William (Joan) Primasing of Dubuque; sister-in-law, Melanie Primasing of Cedar Rapids and a large extended family she deeply cherished.

She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant daughter, Kimberly Sue Krabacher; a brother, Dennis Primasing; and former husband, William H. Krabacher.

Linda loved spending time with her entire family and cooking holiday meals.  She was incredibly proud of her grandsons and loved spending time with them.  Enjoying nature’s beauty, creating handcrafted items, painting, drawing and reading the bible were her favorite pastimes.  She had a giving heart and was always looking for ways to help others.

In lieu of flowers, memorials will be donated to a charity of the family’s choice.
