Mary Ruth Dickey, 96, of Charlotte, Iowa, passed away peacefully at home on November 30, 2024. Born on October 19, 1928, in Petersville, Iowa, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Luella Cleary.

Grandma Mary was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She lived a life defined by her unwavering love for her family. Her greatest joy came from the time spent with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her legacy of love, devotion, and kindness will live on through the generations she leaves behind.

She is survived by four children, Patti (Bill) VanSlingerlandt, Janice Fuller, Mary Jo Dickey (Gary Brunscheen), and Steven (Tracy) Dickey; son-in-law Dennis Stolk; two sisters, Darleen Soenksen and Carol Kash; thirteen grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren, and one great-great granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her husband Randall Dickey Jr., daughter Donna Stolk, and son-in-law David Fuller.

At Mary’s request, a private family viewing will be held.
