Rita L. Wolter, age 55 of Dubuque, completed her earthly journey on Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at Mercy Medical Center, Dubuque, Iowa. To celebrate Rita’s life, private family services are being held. The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Rita’s family.
