Roxann was born on September 24, 1953, in Dubuque, IA, a daughter to John and Lenice (Koeller) Flesch. She was gifted with an intrinsic determination, strong will and work ethic which she carried with pride her entire life. Roxann invested her working career as a payroll supervisor with Flexsteel Industries for over 30 years. She not only provided for her two adored children at home, but made countless friends along the way. Roxann was well known for her loyalty when it came to both her family and her work.
In her free-time, Roxann was most content when she had a few hours to spend relaxing with her crochet needles in hand. Her time and attention made it possible for her to create many wonderful keepsake which her family will continue to treasure through the years ahead in her memory. She was also known to enjoy a little fishing when time allowed, keep her mind active with her latest puzzles before her, and add a little time tending to her gardens, or retail therapy for her next acquisition and Roxann was sure to consider her day as a successful one. The world is surely a lesser place today without her beautiful smile, generous spirit and one-liner’s among us. May the legacy of love and light she leaves behind help to comfort our broken hearts as we face this new reality ahead. Thank you, Roxann, for being the best mom, grandma, sister, aunt and friend we could ever hope for and may peace be yours now as you begin your eternal journey and we wait patiently to see you once again.
