Roxanne F. Picray, 62, of Maquoketa, Iowa, passed away on Saturday, July 15, 2023, at Jackson Ridge Healthcare Center in Maquoketa.

Private family services will be held.  The Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa is caring for the family.

Roxanne Faye Manning was born on July 19, 1960 in Iowa, to Lester Loyal and Eloise Marie (Green) Manning.  She attended Monticello Schools.  She married Eugene Picray Jr. on June 11, 2004 in Monticello, Iowa.  He preceded her in death in 2008.

Roxanne is survived by children, Crystal Yocum of Lawler, IA and Michael Recker of Cedar Rapids, IA; siblings, Tom Manning and Patricia Shady; and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a sister Connie Mann.
