Steven L. “Cricket” Kabele, 66, of Belmont, died Saturday, April 15, 2023, at the St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin.

Burial will be in St. Patrick Cemetery, Garryowen, Iowa.

Cricket was born September 28, 1956, in Madison, WI, the son of Leonard L and Alberta J Nodolf Kabele. He retired from Land’s End in Dodgeville, Wisconsin. When he wasn’t working with his model trains he enjoyed cutting the grass on his riding lawn mower.

Survivors include his significant other, Mary Jane House of Belmont, WI.
