Thomas Puls, 83, of Dubuque died Friday, July 25, 2025.  Visitation will be from 2 to 4 pm Thursday at the Egelhof, Siegert and Casper Funeral Home, 2659 Kennedy Road followed by a funeral service at 4 pm.

Thomas was born April 1, 1942, son of Clarence and Dorothy (Massey) Puls.

Thomas resided at ARC from December 1, 1961 until he moved to Sunnycrest on October 10, 2023.

Thomas loved trains.  He also had a special bond with Dave Spahn, who has since passed away, and Rick Stuter.

He is survived by his friend and guardian, Ernie VanOstrand, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his step father Herbert Bailey.
