Veronica was born on March 30, 1940, in Dubuque, IA, daughter of Frank J. and Marcella (Adams) Webb.

Veronica was united in marriage to the love of her life, Thomas Puccio Sr., on April 23, 1960, in Dubuque, and they were blessed with 46 wonderful years together and 7 children, before he was sadly called home ahead of her in 2006. She was a devoted full time wife, mother and homemaker, but also shared her time and talents outside of her home as a custodian with the Dubuque Community Schools for 10 years. In her free time, Veronica enjoyed spending time in the great outdoors tending to her flower gardens, fishing down by the river or sitting around the campfire telling stories with family and friends. She also enjoyed playing cards or spending the night out with the girls at the Bingo hall in hopes that one of them would win the big jackpot. The most important aspect of Veronica’s life was beyond a doubt her family. She loved any opportunity to gather everyone together and share a meal or celebrate birthdays and holidays. Our hearts are truly broken at the sudden and unexpected loss of our sweet Veronica, but we are thankful for the countless memories she has helped us to create throughout the years.
