Arlene Marie Lattner, 96, of Dubuque, died Friday, April 10, 2026, at Sunnycrest Manor in Dubuque.

There will be a prayer service at 11:30 am on Friday, April 17, 2026 at Mt. Calvary Cemetery chapel in Dubuque.

Arlene was born October 9, 1929, in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Raymond C. and Gertrude (Hansen) Neitzel. On September 1, 1950, she married Harold W. Lattner at St. Raphael Cathedral in Dubuque. He preceded her in death on February 11, 2003.

Arlene graduated from Mercy High School in Chicago in 1947. She worked at Zuckies Shop, and as a nurses aide at Finley Hospital and a physician’s office in Dubuque.

Arlene was a member of St. Columbkille Catholic Church.

Besides her parents and husband, Arlene was preceded in death by two sisters, Lorraine (Donald) Lattner and Sandra (Richard) Carr.

Arlene is survived by several nieces and nephews, and her beloved staff at Sunnycrest Manor.
