Dana M. Bormann, 37, passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at her parents’ home in rural Bellevue, Iowa.

Funeral Mass will be held 9:00 am, Monday, July 13, 2026 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Maquoketa, Iowa.

Dana was born July 22, 1988, the daughter of Rodney and Anita (Kilburg) Bormann.  She graduated from Andrew High School.  Dana enjoyed adventure and was an avid Iowa Hawkeye Fan.

Dana is survived by her parents, Rodney and Anita Borman; her sisters, Kerissa (Brandon) Schlecht, Mindy (Patrick) Nelson, and Jessica (Jason) Geerts; along with her beloved nieces and nephews, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends who will cherish her memory.
