The Funeral Service for Johnny will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at Word of Life Church with Pastor Terry Frost officiating.
Johnny was born August 24, 1955, in Springhill, LA, the son of Willie and Leona (Lawson) Randle. He was united in marriage to Terri Ann Hoffman on October 20, 1990 in Dallas, TX. She preceded him in death on May 19, 2022. He later married Gloria Grissom on October 11, 2024, in Dubuque, IA.
Johnny was the Pastor of Walk by Faith Ministry and was truly a faith filled man. He loved the word of God, he was known as “the Word man.” Johnny led a lot of people to Christ and nobody loved God more than him. A couple of his favorite sayings were, “walk by faith and not by sight,” “it will work out, it always does,” and “always walk in love.” Johnny also found solace when he was fishing in the great outdoors, lighting up the grill, and loved cooking soul food.
